How to

All new clients are required to follow the step-by-step listed below. 

Please note that only existing clients of Tami Cruse Counselling can make direct bookings without emailing first.

Step 1

Send an email to tamicrusecounselling@gmail.com

with a brief (2-3 sentences) description of what you are wanting to working on in the therapeutic space.

 

Should I feel that I am the right fit for you, you will be directed to my bookings page.

If I am not the right fit for you, I can send you the details of some trusted HPCSA professionals on request.

Step 2

Sign up as a site-member (sign-up available on bookings page under Log In button) and choose an appointment. Then await your booking confirmation email.

Step 3

You will receive an email from me directly with more information and forms for you to fill out and send them back to me. You are also required to make full payment for the session 24 hours before your session to secure it. If payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled immediately.  Once all is in order, you are all set and will receive another reminder email 24 hours before your upcoming session. NB: If you do not receive an email 24 hours before your session, please note that your booking is not confirmed. Please email me if this happens.
